Sweet and flavorful red snack peppers.
These beautiful, mini-sized peppers are delicious sautéed, as an addition to salads and, perfect for a healthy snack. Smooth red fruits average 2-2 1/2" long by 1" wide, making them the smallest color of the trio, but they make up for their size with extra sweetness. All three varieties have tall, strong plants that yield well for snack-type peppers. Grow and sell them individually or as mixed colors loose or in clamshells. Available in red, orange, and yellow. Bred by Janika Eckert. USDA Certified Organic.
Each plant is started from certified organic seeds and grown organically at The Bloomery, LLC where it is USDA Certified Organic through the Kentucky Department of Agriculture. Each plant is grown in a 3-inch square pot and shipped in a plastic shell that holds your plant securely in place.

Plant Spacing:
- 12-18”
Row Spacing:
- 18-36" or double rows 18” apart on 5-6’ centers
Harvest:
- Harvest first peppers promptly to stimulate further fruit production.
- Peppers can be harvested and eaten at either unripe (green) or ripe (colored) stage.
- Colored peppers generally require 2 – 4 weeks longer.
Storage:
- Store peppers at 50° - 54°F and 95% percent relative humidity.
- Chilling injury occurs at temperatures below 45°F.
